Before Abdullah Özsüyek founded the consulting company ConstruPlast with his business partner Andre Werder, he worked for five years as a global project manager for a global enterprise in the field of transparent plastics. He was responsible for international projects using innovative transparent plastics. As a result, he has been able to establish an international network within the construction industry. Prior to that engagement, Abdullah Özsüyek worked for 20 years for a medium-sized transparent plastics manufacturer as general manager and project manager.

During this time, he was responsible for the complete delivery process, beginning with design study, technical consultation, calculations, contract negotiating, liaison with approving authorities, culminating in the final handover to the operation company.
